Returns and Exchange Policy

At Imartee, we understand that sometimes, even the most beautiful sarees may not feel quite right once they arrive. And that’s okay.

We offer a simple return and exchange policy within 48 hours of receiving your order because we want you to keep only what you truly love.

Here’s how it works — just 3 easy steps:

1. Tell us

Drop us an email at shopimartee@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

Our team will review your request and confirm if it’s eligible.

2. Pack and Ship

Once your return is approved, please ship the product(s) back to us within 2 days in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note:

- Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

- Items without original packaging or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

- We recommend using a reliable courier and sharing the tracking details once dispatched.

3. Receive Store Credit

Once we receive the returned item(s) and complete a quick quality check, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a one-time-use coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned product.
This code will be valid for 1 year and can be redeemed on www.imartee.in.

Please note: All refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds.

In case of damage or defect

If your saree arrives damaged or defective, please email us with an unboxing video. This is necessary for us to fairly assess the situation. Unfortunately, without the video, we won’t be able to process such claims.

Cancellation Policy

Our team processes orders quickly often within just a couple of hours. For this reason, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
