Returns and Exchange Policy

At Imartee, we understand that sometimes, even the most beautiful sarees may not feel quite right once they arrive and that’s okay.

We offer a simple return and exchange policy within 48 hours of receiving your order, so you can keep only what you truly love.

How it works :

1. Tell us

Drop us an email at shopimartee@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

Our team will review your request and confirm if it’s eligible.

2. Pack & Ship

Once approved, please ship the product back to us within 2 days.

The product must be:

• In original, unused condition

• With all tags and packaging intact

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

• We recommend using a reliable courier and sharing tracking details once dispatched

3. Refund / Exchange

Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, your refund will be processed. A ₹200 processing fee will be deducted in case of returns. The remaining amount paid will be refunded after approval.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
