Shipping Policy

At Imartee, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India. Once your order is placed, it is carefully packed and dispatched within 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–8 working days, depending on your location.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with tracking details, including the name of the courier partner and the AWB (tracking) number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website within 24 hours of dispatch.

In case a delivery attempt is missed, you can reach out to us at shopimartee@gmail.com with your order ID. We will coordinate with the courier partner to help reschedule the delivery. If the shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will arrange for it to be shipped again.

We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India. If your location is not covered by our logistics partners, your order will be delivered through India Post.
