- These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and merchants.

- Imartee reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Product Availability

-All products listed are subject to availability.

- We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered.

- Colours may vary slightly from what is seen on screen due to lighting and screen display settings.

3. Pricing & Payments

- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment gateways enabled on our website.

4. Shipping

- We offer free shipping across India.

- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 6–8 working days from dispatch.

- Delays due to unforeseen logistics or weather issues are beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange

- We do not offer refunds.

- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shopimartee@gmail.com with your Order ID.

- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

- The cost of returning the product to us is borne by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content on the website including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs is the intellectual property of Imartee.

- Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

- Imartee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our products or website.

- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier companies.

8. Privacy

- We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted will be used only to fulfill your order and enhance your shopping experience.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
